How It Works
Create Your Free Account
Click the "GET STARTED" button on the Home page. You will be asked to specify your Conference ID and Host PIN. No additional information is required. If you leave either or both fields blank, they will be automatically created for you. Your conference bridge will be instantly created.
Print the confirmation page containing your personal Conference ID and Host PIN, or press the "Email My Info" button to have the information emailed to you.
About Conference Hosts
Your Host PIN provides you with access to the Online Conference Manager, along with access to special features during conference calls. You may not need to access these features, nor are you required to use the Online Conference Manager. These are simply productivity tools that many people find valuable in managing conference calls.
Follow the instructions below to log into your conference bridge as a Host. The presence of a Host is generally not required for a conference call. (The exception is if the default Conference Start setting requires the presence of a Host to begin the conference.)
Starting a Conference Call
Join Conference as Participant
- Dial 1-774-220-4000 (You may be assigned a different dial-in number when you enroll.)
- When prompted, enter the Conference ID, followed by the pound sign (#).
- Depending on the feature settings, you may be asked to record your name. Otherwise, you will either be immediately placed into the live conference, or placed on hold pending the start of the conference.

During the Conference Call
Hosts and participants can access several features during live conference calls by using a telephone keypad. In the table below, the black keys are accessible by both hosts and participants. The other features can only be accessed by hosts (i.e., parties who enter the Host PIN when joining the conference).

You may log into the Online Conference Manager to view a summary report of the call (lists the participants and other details of the call) and access a recording of the conference, if one was created.
You may receive a free email report listing the conference participants. To receive the email report, log into your account and click on the Edit Settings button in the left panel. Type your email address into the box labeled Notification List and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom.
